- Up to 75% loans
- Up to 30 year amortization
- Interest Only available up to 3 years
- Non-Recourse available
- All major US market (generally populations > 50,000)
- Minimum DSCR: Multi-Tenant 1.20, Single Tenant 1.25
- Minimum FICO > 660
